Do any of you have tips for resizing images?

I got a cover recently but it is way higher that megabyte bar set by Scribble Hub's rules and I was hoping I could get some help in resizing it.

Open it up on the image program your computer has. Find the edit button. There should be a resize option. Once you find it, set it to the pixel size you want.

Good idea, but I have found the PC programs suck. I dunno why, for so many things, Apple is shit, but I just find it to be the superior picture editing tool. Even if I use the same editor across platforms. It's why I have two laptops. All my creative work on this Apple, everything FUN on the PC.

Yeah, Apple sucks for anything fun. I have the last Laptop made under Steve Jobs. Will not buy any Apple products since. They are all trash. Yeah, bought this in 2011. It's a BEAST. Tried a newer Laptop from Apple once in 2019. Returned it and bought my first PC.

Fuck Apple.
RIP Steve Jobs.

I have quite an interesting tip to avoid distorting the image and make sure to maintain the original aspect ratio when resizing. Most resizing tools or software offer options to automatically preserve the aspect ratio while adjusting the dimensions.

Can you not just type paint and copy paste it? Resize is in one of the menus.
