We're more than halfway through Spooky Month. Think back to when you were young enough to go trick or treating. What was your favorite thing to find in your candy pail at the end of the night?

For me, I've got a soft spot for cheap candy. Nobody ever gave away high quality stuff in my neighborhood, so I grew up associating Halloween with Smarties, Tootsie Rolls, Double Bubble, and Dumdum Pops. I was also that weird kid who actually liked candy corn. But my favorite cheap candy were those little boxes of Dots. You might get your teeth superglued together, but it was the tastiest glue ever made.

On any day other than Halloween, though, i would commit murder for a Reese's.
All candy that wasn’t mint flavored or contained raisins.

Candy corn is a rite of passage for Halloween. Once you have had some, you remember why you do not buy it for the rest of the year. Same with peeps and Easter. Though at least you can joust with peeps.

Twix, Kit-Kats, Snickers, Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, Butterfingers, 100 Grands, 3 Musketeers, Almond Joys, Crunch bars, Paydays, Hershey's, Mr. Goodbars, Milky Ways, etc. I love chocolate. I also like Tootsie Rolls, SweetTarts, Candy Corns, Air Heads, Nerds, Dots, etc. I love all of them, but if I had to choose, I'd go for Reese's Peanut Butter Cups.
