Even cocaine is a super power in the marvel or dc universe. Looking at element and powers of one piece, Naruto, dc, marvel, Mha and black clover.

one has to wonder.

Is there an ability user that can wield the power of a certain bodily fluid.

Yes... there are many smut works that have certain bodily fluids that provide 'power' to either the user... or the used...

if your are refering to urine though... nope not that i have seen. Feel free to pioneer that writing though! Good Luck!

Blood, urine, and semen were once used in Alchemic research as resources to try, and create the all powerful Philosopher's stone. Other alchemists thought the ingredients would be able to create a potion capable of giving them immortality through their life giving properties, the only issue being: nobody could figure out the quantity, and the quality of the ingredients needed.
Writing about an alchemist who stumbled across the correct formula, thus gaining immortality, and/or the powers of god, would be something.
Though, idk if that's really what you'd want to do; Having to continuously recreate the formula, or drink the awful tasting potion in order to keep such abilities.

If you're looking for specifics..
Succubi are constantly written to use semen as "power".
In The last Avatar, Blood bending.
In reality, peeing on a jellyfish sting dulls its poison effects..

The Spleen used methane gas. I know it's not the same thing but Mystery Men was so much fun. ?

I've read a yuri manga where the saintess provides her followers with "holy water" so that's already taken sadly. OP has to make do with obscure bodily fluids like earwax or something

Hear me out... lymph. Less generic than blood and... other things. The lymphatic system is less discussed than other circulatory systems like cardiovascular or excretion, but it is especially crucial to your body's immune defense mechanisms. Lymph is the fluid that flows through your lymph vessels and nodes. It transports white blood cells to different tissues to kill pathogens, and it removes waste and cellular debris. It's especially important in maintaining homeostasis within your body, particularly fluid balance. Also, cancer cells often transport through lymphatic vessels to other organs, so surgeons often cut out lymph nodes to detect any different cell types that should not be there to confirm metastasis.

Imagine an ability user that can manipulate lymph. Maybe solidify it into a blade, either within the enemy's body to stab them from inside-out, or extract their own lymph through pores and create a weapon. Or, the wielder can build up uncontrollable mitosis within the enemy's body and grow massive tumors so big that the enemy gets torn apart. The wielder can also mess with pathogens, maybe from a cold/disease they've gotten themselves, concentrate those pathogens or the WBCs that phagocytized the pathogens, and inject into the enemy's body so it triggers a massive immune response and burns the enemy from the inside.

(sorry I finally had the chance to put my biology degree to use let me ramble a bit)

Just look at Avatar: The Last Airbender or the continuations. Those waterbenders very well could control every bodily function that exists.

This is unfortunately not true. Mild acids such as cooking vinegar can disable unfired nematocyst cells stuck to the skin from firing their payload (but are not an antidote to toxins already delivered). However urine has a somewhat wide range of possible pH that depends on your diet, usually ranging slightly alkaline. It is rarely the case that pee is acidic enough to disable latent barb cells from firing, and most often that would coincide with a terrible hangover. The most likely outcome is nothing, and second most likely is you have a weak asymptomatic UI infection and transmit pathogens into the wound. There would rarely be a need for it even if pee did work, as most oceanside lifeguard or firstaid stations will have plenty of vinegar on hand already, as will any responsibly stocked boat traveling around known jellyfish habitat. Additionally, some jellyfish have stinger cells that do not deactivate by acids.
Is there a boogermancer already?
I forget what it was from, but there was a dude whose flicked boogers would explode like a flashbang.
