So what are the top five hobbies to pick up as an immortal. ones that can potentially never gets boring.

Oh I'd go with...

1. Doing nothing - Surprisingly quite fun.
2. Travelling to different civilizations - it would be nice to check in their progress from time to time. Even better if they build statues of you.
3. Collecting items - If you live for too long you may lose track so some trinkets could help you remember old memories.
4. Building grand structures - I tried large cubes in the desert last time, but they turned out pyramid shaped rather than square so it was disappointing.
5. Cascading world events - This isn't intentional, but crazy thing start happening when you accidentally hurt people, especially in Austria, so its best just to have some fun with it.

Board games, book collecting, history debunking (since you were probably there so you know the real history), painting, riding a unicycle, breaking your hip(while riding a unicycle), cooking/baking (because what's the point in living forever if the food is shit), and possibly sailing. I don't know. That's what I would do.
