Is there a chance that the books that have been on SH will be moved to the sister site en mass?
I just looked up the crow immortal book on NU and it is only up to chapter 40ish and the one on SH is 140ish. Obviously this is a different translator so that may be something that needs to be worked out.

Translator will have to build a site or fine a host or make a blogger site or make a Tumblr or make a word press or something, host it and then post the links on NU.

What happens depends entirely on the translator.

En mass? No. Translations are still visible for translators, so it depends on particular translator. They can repost it somewhere where translations are actually allowed.

I've seen more than one person claim that but not actually given a list of titles.

It's not that. No one checks if it is 50% or not.
If it is porn without a plot, then it is not allowed. If there is a plot, no one will remove it unless there is some really heinous shit in it that breaks other rules (like underage sex scenes).

Trying to figure out why I am seeing series updated, yet I get a 404 page when I click a chapter or series page. Here are just a couple, none of which have sex scenes:
