Yas, queen!
I was expecting 'use condom' >_>Yas, queen!
Experience and editing might help you with that. All of this is very good advice.
The undercurrent of the topic, for me, is knowing when to be concise and when to spend more words and a longer time on things.
I often publish chapters feeling like I haven't written enough in the right places and worry my prose will not get the point across.
In the end, I imagine it comes down more to personal style but just thought I would share my thoughts on this facet of the subject.

This chick begs your pardon?I'd make the argument that infodumping is legally only considered infodumping if the reader feels like it is infodumping.
You could make the argument, but I won't read it if it's an infodump.I'd make the argument that infodumping is legally only considered infodumping if the reader feels like it is infodumping.
