Fuck Hollywood by the way, that's why I love independent work. It's made by real people not executives trying to make more money by being inclusive.

And stereotypes.
If it's a lesbian movie, there's softcore porn.
If it's a lesbian woman, they fuck a lot of girls.
If it's a bisexual character they fuck everyone all the time.
You mean to tell me lesbian women aren't fucking girls all the time? *gasp*

#1 tip for trying to be inclusive: Don't.

Like actually, if you just take an average everyday cishet character, negate the cis or the het, and make only those changes strictly necessary to make that work, then you have 95% of a workable character.

And you don't need to change classic characters to make them "modern". Just make new characters! We will fucking love an interesting superhero character that just happens to be gay, but we won't fucking care and zip their pants because they made Superman gay or something

My character is really inspired by Spider-Man.
I'm sure if they made an awkward girl who got bit by a snake but just happens to be lesbian people will love it.

Snake-Girl btw, in theaters this summer.
That would be great! Definitely would want an environment very different from New York, and a whole unique cast of villains and overarching plot, but otherwise I'd definitely want to watch that!

"We can conquer this city, Snake-Girl!" The woman wearing a kangaroo mask shouted, "Just the two of us, in a throne made of gold and skulls."

Snake-Girl looked around for a way to escape, this woman was crazy. Her kicks were painful and her jumps could make her follow Snake-Girl through the whole city, even if her snake powers that made her slither on buildings and the streets of Los Angeles.

"I have the powers of a Snake, don't I?" She thought, "There must be a way..." Suddenly, a crazy idea slithered into her head.

"So, what do you say, Snake-Girl? Are you in or are you out?" Snake-Girl got up and got into her fighting stance, a stance that came to her instinctively after she gainer her powers.

"You're the one that is out, Kangy. Out of your mind." She smirked at her own little joke. Maybe it wasn't the best time to joke but it made her relax. "Wrong choice!"

Silver Kangaroo jumped with a kick aimed to Snake-Girl's head, but she used her costume as a second skin, healing her injuries, just like a snake would do. She spit her poison on Silver Kangaroo. Not fatal, just enough to make her paralyzed.

That was the wrong choice. She missed and her poison went on Silver Kangaroo's foot, making her slip. "Ahh!" Snake-Girl's eyes widened. "Mrs. Joy!"

She grabbed the building's ledge, looking down to her definite death. "So that's how it ends," she said. "Hold my hand, Mrs. Joy!" Joy shook her head. "People with power will always fall. This time it will be to my death, instead of the death of my company."

"Anne... Please... Don't tell Mary." She let go of the ledge, looking at Anne's expression. "She even cares about an old deadbeat mother like me." She thought and chuckled. "I'm glad Mary has her... And I'm glad Los Angeles has a hero like her..."

The joy of childhood, being able to live it once more. Being such a malleable being when you are younger, there is less of a defined world view. You can and will freely adopt every emotion you get your hands.
So true. I think when you're younger, you're still trying to figure out how to best live your life. But when you get older, you experience more things and learn and change a lot of times until there comes a point when you truly find happiness and contentment. You feel so assured of yourself, like you've already figured everything out. You know what beliefs you should hold on to and what beliefs should be left in the dust to best serve you and your journey toward your purpose in life. Personally, I'm always open for different perspectives and beliefs, but they have to go past my heavily guarded ones first.

That's why "political" discussions are complicated. People will rarely change their ways and beliefs. It's easier to confirm them than to change.
