I start mine by whatever comes to mind. At times, a discussion on the general theme, like the one below...

...but there are moments when I just do everything listed in the poll. Or simply a battle scene.

Depends really on your writing style.

With a 100 words long advert, followed up by 150 words of sponsored content. Then, a 700 hundred words long recap, another 100 words midroll ad. Finally its time for the meat of the chapter, the new stuff: 200 words of development of the plot before a reminder of the sponsor in another 150 words and then a 100 words for a useless cliffhanger.

"Genzo without hesitation, snaps his finger, erased the God of Destruction with an ease."

Idk, it really depends how the recent chapter ended.

By killing Important character.

By improtant character i mean our protagonist.

Pretty much transmigration or timeloop story starts with that.

Many other start with the death of important character to our protagonist, and the mention of the dead character alone is significant enough could move the plot to next phase.

Usually I start my chapter with a series of words. And usually readers will tell me if it's good or not.
