Writing Prompt Dungeon with a focus on kingdom building? (Villain MC)

This idea can be taken by anyone or if someone wants, we can potentially collab on it?

The idea is to have a Dungeon master story with a focus on kingdom building rather then just solely the dungeon. The MC would basically be from a poor village in the wild lands (a land with lots of independent towns and villages that isn't under noble rule like some of the nearby kingdoms) The village is poor but since it's on a trade route and there are some richer towns in the area they sometimes resort to banditry.

The MC thru this would have gotten his hands on a dungeon core and uses it to improve the Village. This could in turn influence village politics, instead of hanging criminals they could be executed in the dungeons.

With potential Summoning and contract mechanics the dungeon could also for fill potential army building mechanics (For example, if summoned monsters can't leave the dungeon but contracted monsters from outside of the dungeon can, that'd allow for movement outside of the dungeon as well).

This in turn could affect politics and the economy in the area, if a dungeon can transmutate (create) gold from mana, that could affect the poorer region. If the village is in cahoots with the dungeon master, then they could buy weapons and provisions thru the village. How would this change when a adventurer guilds becomes operational? etc etc.
