Not sure what you're talking about at this point.
If you're referring to the 99 and 2015 versions of H x H when you say "restarted", that's not accurate *at all*.
They just updated the series with better art and condensed some of the episodes. There's much more story beyond the Chimera Ant Arc.
The manga is still in continuation. Hisoka and Chrollo had a death match. Gon is still at home recovering. Killua went to travel the world with Alluka.
Leorio joined the Hunter's Association and Kurapika became the head of the Nostrade family.
He is still searching for his clan's eyes, and several things in the manga suggest that the one behind their extermination was Netero's son , Beyond (although he doesn't know this, all he knows is that a royal is responsible for holding onto some of the Kurta's eyes). So in order to reclaim them, he becomes a part of the expedition to the Dark Continent, a dangerous land where calamity is said to reside.
Currently the Manga is at a part where Kurapika is embroiled in a war of succession between kings.
Like I said, he's 100% without a doubt the sole focus of H x H at this point. It's not even a debate my friend. lol
