I tried to post a story a year ago, but there's no link and no readers. I tried to email the admin on the gmail address, but I got no response. I tried to message one of the mods, but no replies there either. What's going on?

That is odd. Could it have been rejected and you didn't realize it? Perhaps it was lost among the masses since it was really busy a year ago?

A year ago? Like, an entire year? That's probably too late to care.

The stories are manually approved by the single administrator here, and I am not entirely certain if you receive any kind of notification should they be rejected, so I suppose it might be what had happened.

If you were actually banned, you would receive a notification your account has been blocked.

I’d say delete the story, then resubmit it. Just to be on the safe side, I’d also recommend going through it one more time to make sure things check out with the rules and all.

A submission should not take more than 48 hours from what I know.

Did you delete your account and make a new one with the same email? I don't know what happens to content if an account is removed on its own, so I could be wrong, but this is also a question to ask.

I hear Lamont Cranston can still post but nobody can see it so maybe The Shadow has been banned?

Stories should be manually approved by Tony. He is the owner and the sole moderator of the site. As for what exactly happened with your story, I don't know. It was a year ago.
How do I get in touch with him?

I haven't received a notification of a rejection or a ban

Checked out your page and I don't think the story got approved. What was in it

There is a shadowban. I have a story with about 55 chapters. It had been approved and I was posting about 5-7 a day to update it completely. I was shadowbanned, the story didn't appear in the tags or in the search. Maybe they identified it as spam? I don't know, but I had to delete everything and I'm reuploading it little by little

Most likely, from what I've heard posting multiple chapters within an hour alot triggers some anti spam stuff

You should post preferably 2 chapters a day, separated by multiple hours in between. If you plop a lot of them in a short time, you will not be listed on the front page by the system to not "hog it" for yourself.

There is a shadowban.
It's not a "shadowban," just a simple unlisting to allow other authors to be visible. Shadowban is for translations - they exist, but you can't find them via website search, nor do they show on the main page but are still accessible via direct link.
