Does anybody have any recurring dreams you can share.

Literally zombie apocalypse but instead of zombies there are these weird flesh monsters that look like humans without skin and only I can see them. Last time it stopped at me getting to my home. Praying for the next episode of this weird recurring dream. I want to see the ending.

I have two. Both have persisted at least ten years while the latter has persisted for nearly 20.

1. I am standing upon a platform in the middle of space. Below me and above me are oblivion and creation respectively. When I finally decide to turn around, there will be a tall man in a composer's suit with arms and legs like tree branches and a face revealing the void within. He'll gesture behind him to a tube with a rocket shaped car resting in it. If I do nothing, I am thrown off the platform by the man while if I enter the car, it is sent flying down the tube, shrinking, and shrinking until I no longer exist and wake up in a cold sweat.

2. I'm in a log cabin on top of a hill placed in the middle of a forest clearing. With me is a girl who's age is sporadic each time and an old sounding man wrapped in shadow. The two will play games with me and talk but if I ask how to leave the forest, they will ask if I wish to leave so soon. If I say yes, I can exit the door to the cabin but if I say no, they will berate me. When I am eventually outside, the hill the cabin was on is revealed to be a large mound of soldiers corpses from various time periods and cultures. each with their personal weapon impaling them to the corpse below it. If I so much as touch one of their weapons, they will chase me, fight me, and usually kill me, waking me up. If I go into the forest to reach the land beyond the treeline, the trees will come alive, pull me into their roots, and maggots will start eating me alive. Once I die, I usually wake up.

I have one, and the first dream of that place was like years (like 2018 or somethin) ago (but I’m bad at remembering things) and it happened for every day (eventually turning into every week) but one day it just stopped. After that I forgot about it and it was all nice, but late 2022 I had that dream again, now I don’t really know if it’s recurring or not but when I woke up I was like ‘hey wasn’t that a bit familiar?’ and my brain was like ‘its a recurring dream’ So I Don’t really know if it’s a recurring dream or if my mind is playing tricks on me .

The dream was like this, if I remember correctly:
it’s always a sunny day, the sky is white or very pale blue (most likely white) [now the start is random most of the time, the latest dream started with me walking from my current home, turning some places And finding myself in over there/ the other one I remembered, some old lady (I think ) asked me to get her a live chicken after that I just walked forward and found myself there] there is a large road and on the sides are houses (the houses are grey with coloured roofs, like hot pink, red, blue, green, brown. But they are all very small and all the same size, sometimes the houses look like they repeat endlessly ), the houses have no gaps in between (or the gaps are too small for someone who is standing in the middle of the road, aka dream me) the road is beige with a tinge of pale green, occasionally there are rocks (never in your path but to the sides with the houses, they are gray) after walking for a while you will find a big house, there is no door, like the other houses, there are squares for windows but no actual window, unlike the other houses (it also has no roof, not even a ceiling) , walk in you will find that this house has life in it, like live chicken, or the boy that eats the popsicles you deliver(this is the latest dream) after walking in you will see, to your right, the wall that is connected to the ‘door‘ (it’s just a rectangle) Has crates that , in the latest dream this is crates of popsicles which you add to (now idk if the crates were new or were always there) and the rightmost wall has a ‘window’ Which shows nothing but white, and I don’t know whats to the left wall because I never Looked.
The new thing I think I added to my Dreams were , crates(maybe, because I never looked rightwards to see) popsicleS, boy who took the popsicl, and what is the most weird addition (maybe because it could have been there since a while back, so it might not be a new thing) is that in the middle of the road (where you walk), in your path, are dead pigeons (or maybe not pigeons but some dead bird that comes in dark blue, white or black)

So yeah that’s my recurring dream, if there are any things that look off or something it’s because autocorrect hateS me (Or maybe my keyboard?)

Don’t know if this counts, but I often have dreams that begin where others finish. The time period in between dreams could be as short as a day or two, or as long as a couple of years. Well then, how do I remember dreams from that long ago? Well, I don’t really remember anything more than bits and pieces until I wake up from the continuation and realize that this was a continuation of the dream(s) I had a couple of years ago. In early high school I had a continuous dream for about 5 weeks straight, and it was practically as mundane as real life. So much so, that it basically predicted a couple of things that happened that week.

I also, when I was in elementary school, had two reoccurring dreams. The first was about one of my friends running back and forth at the far end of the playground, it was raining and we where heading back inside. When I went down to talk to him either the playground would extend into something else and become a new dream, or I would join him. At the point where I join him, the dream could either end with us stuck in the running loop until the dream is over and the second would have us playing around until I am pushed face first down the big slide and go through the ground into somewhere else.

The second was a sleep paralysis thing where I would see a silhouette of a man at the foot of my bed muttering a rhyme/song going. Tick Tock, Tick Tock, Time to Die. I wrote a whole lost story about it. I am still quite mad I lost it…

I have dreams of being trapped in my ex-boyfriend's house. Once, my son was there with me. Once, I was separated from my son and demanding to go home because he needed milk. Once, he was having a party, and there was a stranger there breastfeeding her daughter and my ex was trying to convince me to take a look at some toys I could give my kid. It happens every month or so.

For some reason, I constantly dream, at least once a month, that I am walking up and down a mountain, and then I fall down the mountain. I don't know what this is about.
