I originally posted on Royalroad first before porting my fictions over to here. It can help a lot with more exposure and more readers, of course. Though I don't get much traction for it on here.

I originally used to be on Wattpad, but honestly it was like posting into dead space and I eventually found Scribblehub. I much prefer the community and vibe on here and it feels a lot more motivating knowing that people view and read my works. However, I do(and will) crosspost my finished works to Wattpad once Im happy with them.

So I was thinking of ways to get more people to read my story and so I asked around, it turns out I'm allowed to post my story on other sites. However I was wondering if people actually did that, that's why I'm making this thread.

Do you only post your stories on SH? If yes, why? If no, why and where else do you post your stories?
Hey, You can absolutely do it. I am currently uploading both of my stories on both Scribblehub and Webnovel and it's absolutely no problem.

Someone revived this thread? Bruh, this was three years ago. The members who even comment on this thread was not active anymore.

I am grateful there are so many options. Fifteen years ago, I put my first books on Smashwords. I was happy with them. In the last year daft2digital took that site over. I put my new books there. It seems simple. I like simple. I don't charge for my books, so I am not going to get rich on any site. I just like the idea that a few folks download my stuff each day.

SH and later RR.

Part of me would love to post on many other sites but having to correct missed typos or other mistakes in past chapters is bad enough with two sites. I can't imagine doing it for 10+ like some people on here :P

I post on ...
Scribble Hub
AO3 (they have some objections against hosting original fiction, but overall, it was relatively well received)
Sufficient Velocity (I have one reader, possibly two, but the site didn't ban me yet. I seriously expected them to, but 120 chapter of nonsense is too much to read)
Questionable Questing (only a few readers too, and mostly silent, but no issue posting)

I tried other sites, but it wasn't their cup of tea so it was discontinued there.

And of course, I had the issue with that site I mention every second post.
