Do you guys use ai or actually artists for your covers

I draw my covers myself using piskel.

Which is my my novel currently is using the default cover, since I'm bad at art and havent finished a cover yet ;-;

I use AI for a funsy little free story on the internet. If I end up wanting to sell it someday, I'd hire an artist or draw it myself

I know some just images of pintrest or google. Or draw it themselves.

I went so far as to generate a fractal for my book. I didn't want any of that AI stuff.
Another author called it a "pussy". I never felt so demoralized in my life...

Mine is MJ generated, although I have commissioned artists for artwork of individual characters.

I draw my own. This was made using Medibang Paint. None of it is AI generated. I am not that good yet so the perspective of the Background might be incorrecr. i used a few references here and there for some details, including rhe lily and the background. I used a premade texture from the software for the scarf.

I've never used AI for drawings and don't plan to.
