It's the internet. Even I block everyone I find annoying - although I did not know that forum blocks applied to my stories as well. Still, that is something I learned when managing my emails: when in doubt, it's always spam.

Actually, since he can see his subscribers it's possible he blocked them pre-emptively. When I was writing a story back in the day, there would be some readers who try to influence the story the way they wanted it and sometimes they were hard to deal with.

Unfortunately part of living life is realising that some people wont like you, sometimes it is because of something that you did, but often it is for reasons that are completely ridiculous. I've gotten people wishing me death because of things I have written before
