Disable blocking comments and reviews?

I don't understand why authors get the privilege of blocking comments they don't like. I understand if there is a site wide asshole and moderators, but If put a bad review on something that is a service to the other readers and the author should shape up not have a mental breakdown. There is not new tags with all this AI bullshit sweeping the wn community.

Just about all that he has posted is supportive. One instance in 2023 where he was a prick and that's it. So, SaucyHug. How badly did you fuck up?

As someone who disabled their profile, you should not be able to interact with others in the first place.
And yeah, as others pointed out already, your tone and choice of words suggest that you are the the one this function was made to protect against.

Everyone with a disabled profile should be barred from commenting or reviewing.

Probably should make a community list of who to block...

Because you refuse to acknowledge or stop when you are getting out of line. Sometimes lines have to be drawn to respect the people who are actually offering you their lifeblood and soul, and sometimes you are the other side of that line.
