Dialogue and paragraph passage thingie

I'll use a common grammar mistake for an example. Say in your head you wrote "me too" but in actuality you wrote "me to." And every time you reread over it, you're still reading "me too." Your brain isn't comprehending that you didn't put the correct form, and it's only seeing what it wants to see. A second pair of eyes will catch that for you.

This can not only happen with grammar but just other words in general. Happens to me all the time. Like words that sound the same but are completely different spelling and meaning. Ironically, sometimes my brain puts "right" instead of "write." They're common mistakes that might be difficult to catch if you're in a deep writing mood and flying though without really thinking too hard about what you're putting and more focused on getting your vague ideas down.

Whats a good way to do dialogue in an situation that can be considered extreme?
Also how can i make passage through paragraphs more seamless? Currently the way it is in my novel the way it goes from one paragraph to the other feels abrupt

-- If you have a lot of chapters already posted, it can seem very time consuming to fix it, but if starting fresh, you'll find that writing this way makes it much, much easier to get what's in your imagination on the page.
