The only way I know that this could be done is with something like photoshop. Either by cutting it out or using a mask. However I do no know how well the area where the text was can be filled in.
You would have to use a program like photoshop? Really?!?!? You're such a genius man! And you have to "cut" the text out? Wow what an idea right there! Really contributing the discussion right here.

Last nickles from me: If you want to edit images then I suggest downloading GIMP and Firealpaca. GIMP has tons of photo editing utilities, while Firealpaca is very good for making cutouts (it has transparent brush "color" with anti-aliasing that makes edges natural, Transformation and Mesh Transformation are also amazing tools for resizing and manipulation of objects/images)

I do not recommend Krita and Inkscape. One is solely for drawing, and other is alienware that requires a lot of time to learn

It was a joke because I assumed you thought about something dirty. :blob_nom:
Thought so. I mean... is it dirty? 'carefully', that is. I mean, I guess right? Like, is it supposed to mean 'gently'?

Carefully is just carefully. It's you who thought of it as something dirty. :blob_sir:

But back to the main topic. There are websites that remove watermarks. Otherwise, the stamp and wand tool are your best friends. B/W manga art needs technical skills (aligning screen tones to fit the pixel and reconstructing screen tones) while colored pics need art skills to redraw.
