I got interested in this since previous death stuff since, in my current taxonomy, four types of death in storytelling. This one interested me the most to tackle next because of Yu Yu Hakusho. Had a fun time with this, I kind of want to come up with a way to use this in the future.
Anyway, hope my thoughts on the matter are useful to any interested in this topic. Going to do the other two next, just need to do some thinking.
