I just told a 87 years old man with kidney failure, heart failure with unstable ischemia, gastrointestinal bleeding and probably mesenteric ischemia he is going to die and all I can do is give him morphine.
Yeah, a great day.

Put away dishes with my child's help because he was ready for school way too early. Then, I followed him to school just to make sure he was safe. I think he loves his teacher more than me now ?

Organized food storage containers and tossed out old cracked lids

Did some organization in my office. There's a lot more to do, but I made a dent in it.

Put away all the laundry . . . except for what's still in the dryer.

Made plans for the extra food Husband brought home from the store that I didn't ask for.

Stain treated Husband's work clothes, more organization. Went to a thing where the principal listens to parents, and that went really well, and I was impressed by some of the things the other parents brought up, too.

Got all the clean laundry put away, started another load.

Convinced my child to wear a shirt by telling him that he could stay home if he didn't wear a shirt. He loves school THAT much.

Made progress on sewing toy for kid.

Got all laundry put away, watered plants for the neighbors.

Repaired a pocket in a new pair of child's pants that arrived with a hole. Sewed pocket into pants that didn't come with pockets with material from old clothes.
