Got the kid ready. He dropped off paperwork at school while I escorted him. It was his choice to carry the folder there. Then he got uncharacteristically quiet after handing over the PTA forms and the people at the PTA table were chatting him up about school. Then a few hours later the dentist was chatty about school and he was uncharacteristically quiet again. He started vomiting two hours after lunch. I cleaned up after him. I think it's mostly stress-related rather than food-related. Thoughts about pre-school nerves?

It happens. I still remember the time I came to school for the first time, I was mostly confused, not nervous. Maybe he is too.

I now have three baskets full of clean laundry that hasn't been put away thanks to yesterday's fiasco. Turns out it was food-related because Husband and I both have diarrhea. It just didn't hit us as hard or fast because we ate other things besides the fries.
