Cleaned the bathroom floor

Ordered a tofu press, because I'm eating lots of tofu these days, and I'm tired of improvising.

Ordered lab coats (three sizes to fit through age 13) for the kid to make science extra fun. I'm planning on ordering some fabric pain or fabric markers as well, but I'll take some more time deciding what to get. I painted a lab coat in Girl Scouts when I was a teenager, and that was super fun.

fed my doggos, swept the floor, placed out cold meat to defrost from the freezer, did some stretches and core exercises

Cooked rice so the kid could enjoy soy sauce.

Cleaned up the Christmas decorations around the table, I cooked some omlet and placed ungodly amounts of tomato sauce on it

Played a mind game on a cop. Got out if getting a ticket. Tbf the ticket was bullshit as I weren't speeding. I have a certified speedometer and it logs my speed.

I cooked bacon and eggs, walked for a bit, watered the plants and fed the doggos

Convinced Husband to do something that would make him happy.

cooked a rump steak with butter to medium, added some chilly for experimentation then eggs and toast also cleaned the kitchen and dishes. Refilled the water containers for the doggos and gave one a lot of pats, the others were busy with each other playing.

cleaned up the place and organized the trash from the recyclable materials, did some exercise and some walking today

I submitted a massive changelist today.
Not only that, but I am fairly confident I didn't break anything doing it.

fed the doggos this morning, swept the floors and took out the trash, cleaned out the fridge, made curry for dinner and did the dishes as well as wiped the kitchen bench down from cooking

The usual. Spent some time reading books to my kid because I warned him that we would run out of time for reading if he didn't cooperate with toothbrushing.

I saw something that said to reward kids for reading, and that is BS. Reading is intrinsically enjoyable, and rewarding them will erode their intrinsic enjoyment. However, reading can be used as a reward if you've exhausted all other options.

Answered lots of questions from the kid about what different animals eat. He wanted a parrot and said, "Parrots don't eat anything. They just fly around." I laughed, and that started a whole game of him telling me that all the animals eat nothing and laughing. Then he started using nonsense sounds instead of real animals and asking me what that ate, so I said nothing, and he said, "You're correct!"

fixed my chin up bar, swept the floors again, patted the doggos and got some ingredients to make cheese cake
