Is creating a character that always rhymes, for character developement and comic relief, worth it?
... maybe...Its unique. Your hard hours of brainstorming rhyme til you run out of things to say will pay off....surely....somewhere....perhaps...

'O'It can be a neat quirk, like most abnormal speech patterns, but like with every character trait, you have to make sure there is more to the character than that.
Ideally, there should probably be a reason the character always speaks in rhymes, like a curse or magically binding oath (depending on the setting).
There was a game like that where the demon lord was so stupid that he couldn't speak any word with more than 4 letters. It can be a neat quirk, like most abnormal speech patterns, but like with every character trait, you have to make sure there is more to the character than that.
