I am just messing with yah, please don't take it personally.there's so much of what you said that's completly and entirely false. I'm not even sure where to begin. trying to disect everything and provide a well-articulated counterargument would take me literal hours. so, I'll just cut it short by saying: You're wrong on so many levels.
too late. I have my lawyer on the phone. your defamation will not go unnoticed.I am just messing with yah, please don't take it personally.
Damn, time to get deported back to France.too late. I have my lawyer on the phone. your defamation will not go unnoticed.
I feel like SchmoYoHo Did something like that…?You did see that I literally have a song supporting my argument, right? That automatically invalidates any argument to the contrary below the threshold of Abraham Lincoln riding a bear with a shotgun or Chris Pratt riding a Raptor.

It’s not just military, it’s also government. Also, you don’t see higher ups in countries recommending them to uninstall it from even their children’s devices for apps other than Tok Tok. You know it’s bad when they’re going that far.It is not just TikTok that is banned in military bases, it is any app that tracks location. There have been a couple of excersize apps that found hidden U.S. military bases.
TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook, as well as a myriad of other apps, are able to access the data from other apps you might have. The reason why military personnel are warned to keep TikTok from their phones, is that the Chinese government can legally take the data from TikTok if they want.
That might seem bad and black at first, but you must have the knowledge that they could just have bought the info they want from Google.

Depending on how high up the official is, it is, to my knowledge, recommended for them to not have any social media app downloaded. The reason why TikTok is receiving harsher treatment is because it is a Chinese app. If Facebook and TikTok switched places it would see the same criticisms if not more. Now, if you lived in a more ‘pro-China’ country, it would be western social media sites that are under scrutiny. It’s not just military, it’s also government. What they can buy from other companies is nothing compared to what they collect on their own that goes above and beyond the level of other tech giants. They can do much more damage with their app in other countries because they have free control to sway foreign public opinion without any deterrent. Then they can use the simple excuse, it was the AI/algorithm at fault for promoting degenerate activities, not them. A very convenient excuse.
They’ve blocked out large foreign social media platforms from their own country while creating their own versions which they have complete control over. This is specifically so other countries can’t use the same sort of cyber warfare against them, meanwhile, other countries have failed to block them out. They long recognized the threat of foreign social media, they saw the true value of it as a weapon of war and acted quick. They have created a cyber gun aimed at the necks of every single global leader’s neck across the world and the funny thing is they those leader’s don’t even realize it, or they have simply failed to acknowledge it.
In the future, if a politician crosses them, they can sway public opinion by propagating whatever lies they wish to. They have strong political chips such as manufacturing in their pockets. 30% of the world’s automation machines are even supplied by them in modern times. Tik Tok is among their greatest weapons.
Seriously, world leader’s can’t even say or do anything when they don’t even show up to COP26. They can just laugh, say lol no now, we give no fucks, you dumbasses can go cripple your energy sectors while our economy outgrows yours.
Other platforms have already long been hijacked by them to begin with and have already been weaponized by their fifty cent army. But older generations typically use them who are not the roots. As they like to say, you must cut the problem at its roots else it will come back to bite you later on.Depending on how high up the official is, it is, to my knowledge, recommended for them to not have any social media app downloaded. The AI/algorithm excuse was popularized by Facebook and YouTube after countless scandals, saying that TikTok is the worst offender is sketchy. To a neutral party they are all equally untrustworthy.
They do not block out foreign social media because of propaganda and potential info gathering, but instead to keep their citizens from accessing hidden info, and from communicating a overthrow of the government. Info like their governments crimes, things the party dislikes, and uncensored news/porn.
If they dislike a politician, there is no need to use TikTok, all they need to do is start a conspiracy in boomer spaces. When they leverage their power, they are met with sanctions. There might be a few fringe countries who give in, but India, South Korea, Japan, and the U.S.A. have typically not backed down. Recently they tried to leverage power over Australia by not buying any of their coal, and in response Australia joined the U.S. in a military pact. It is the citizens of China who are widely threatened by freezing to death this winter.
All social media has been hijaked by the big powers. Hell even ruined nations like North Korea and Russia hold sway there. Saying that the Chinese do to is just stating the obvious.Other platforms have already long been hijacked by them to begin with and have already been weaponized by their fifty cent army. The boomers will die out in time and are worthless since their government have their eyes set on the long run. Their eyes are locked onto the future generation who will take over for the preceding generations. To destroy a system, you work from the ground up, the foundation, not the top down. Once the foundation is unsteady, it only takes a light gust of wind for the entire system to come collapsing down on itself.
They aren’t playing around with a short game of checkers, they’re playing for all the marbles in a very long game of chess. They aren’t approaching things from one single angle. They have control of foreign land, resources, infrastructure, housing, businesses, mainstream media outlets, etc.
Just look at the pitiful state of Australia, they have control over their bloody water supply of all things which was even used against them pretty recently. Among foreign owned water in Australia they have the largest share. They’ve even got their hands deeply rooted in telecommunications infrastructure globally causing concerns for another national security crisis. As they say, those who control the flow of information will always win the war. They understand that well.
They have many countries deep in debt to them by giving out loans those countries will never be able to pay back, all so they can manipulate the UN freely by increasing the number of seats they have control over.
Meanwhile they’ve also recently tested supersonic missiles that can bypass the US missile defence system which is another cause for concern. They’ve also been building up their Navy substantially in recent years, that’s pretty telling what they’re eyeing. Their first goal would be to take Taiwan. Once they do that they can gain control over a big supply of semiconductors. Doing so would greatly increase their military potential as they would no longer need to rely on other countries for semiconductor supplies.
It’s at the point where either you become a loyal dog to them, or they’ll come for you.
What are you talking about? Musically, Tik Tok literally acquired it in 2016. The entire reason Tik Tok exists is because they acquired it for around 900 million. Do you even understand the estimated valuation of Tik Tok compared to My Space at their peaks? 12 billion My Space in about the same time as Tik Tok’s 400 billion. You can’t even compare the two.All social media has been hijaked by the big powers. Hell even ruined nations like North Korea and Russia hold sway there. Saying that the Chinese do to is just stating the obvious.
The current landscape has the boomers in power. Even if they are planning for the future, they must see that the social media landscape is being put under emense pressure at the moment. Facebook, Google, and Amazonseems to be on the verge of being broken up.
TikTok also doesn’t have the staying power of the other greats. It might last a couple of years, but it is almost surely doomed to fail. Vine was extremely similar, and it died. Musicly was too, and do you know any one who uses it? It is a tried formula, the most it can do is to desperately hold on to relevance. So, even if it still exists by the time the boomers fall, it would have as much power as tumbler or MySpace does now.
Of course they are trying to play the long game, but it is not set in stone that they will succeed. It is more likely for China to become like Britain or Russia is now. Very rarely do authoritarian states last more than 80 years. On the note of buying out sectors of our economy, it is way less than you think it is. If the Chinese were to try and leverage their economic streangth they can at most get Eastern Europe, and maybe a few neighbors to agree with them.
There are few countries who escaped the pandemic unscathed, and Australia is not one of them. Saying that they are currently pitiful means nothing. They had it worse than most countries did last year, not only did they have to deal with a pandemic, but also a catastrophic wildfire. On the note of their China situation, I would say they are actually doing better than before the pandemic. The people and the government have taken away the knife that had been held to their throat, and turned it back to China. China is known for its manufacturing, no? Did you know that they get a lot if not a majority of their mined substances from Australia? Now that they are in a trade war the Chinese economy won’t be able to do much without making concessions. Australia currently holds the power over China.
There are only 2 things that the Chinese military is better at than the American. 1. People in it & 2 their missiles. Even if they take Taiwan, it is not like the U.S. would sit back and watch. At the very least the super conductor factories will be destroyed before China could successfully invade. Then it would quite literally be war. China is surrounded by unfriendly nations. North Korea is to weak to mean anything, and Russia would be of little help if they joined. Why? It is because they lack eastern infrastructure. The only thing that the Chinese would have is their nukes.
But Know this if they use a nuclear Bomb, then they would be destroyed immediately.

My man decided to write an entire book, you made good argument though. You can’t even compare the two.
You think something with a market evaluation of over 400 billion for the company behind it within just five years of the musically acquisition in around Sept-Nov 2016 is going to falter? If you think it’s going anywhere with the adaptive AI they have developed for it you’d be naive. It is worlds apart from the primitive naive state My Space was in.
The entire reason My Space failed is because they were idiots who made many mistakes and failed to adapt. They pulled a major fuck up by willingly passing on the chance to acquire Facebook because of their shortsightedness. In the case of Tumblr, it was also their own fuck up that led them to die as well. Before you list examples, first know why they actually failed. Tik Tok has learned from the mistakes of those who fell before them.
They have the full backing of their government and play a very important role in their economy. They can cheese the numbers for as long as they want with the resources they have at their disposal. They have the resources to do so because of how many people they have.
So long as they make it appear they are thriving and big by artificially inflating their numbers, there will be people who continue to flock to it in droves. They also know exactly how to keep people addicted. They’re constantly changing and adapting unlike the failure of past predecessors.
Did you know Musically was once a failure for the simple reason of not including their branding on their videos? After they added their branding and the videos started getting shared to other social media sites only after that very small and minor change did they blow up. They didn’t grow because nobody knew where the videos were coming from. So platforms leached off the content for free.
Also, the damage has already been done to impressionable children. It’s like imprinting. Once the younger generation gets into power, they are going to propagate the same sort of rubbish that they saw growing up.
Your point about them doing better now is completely off. Right now they’re facing another wave of covid, the worst one yet due to delta. They’ve been advising people to stock up on non perishable foods for a while now as well. Prices for food are going through the roof. There is the potential housing crisis with Evergrande on the horizon if they do not get bailed out by the government or they cannot liquidate their assets.
Their infrastructure may be going to crap considering the 10 large explosions that have happened across the country in the last month or so. There is a major fight for power within the party as well. Their leader hasn’t left the country for a year or two now likely because of concerns of the other side gaining power.
Another problem with your assumptions is that the US will intervene. It’s a shame a general went and blabbed to them that they wouldn’t. With the world facing outbreaks of civil unrest everywhere, inflation going crazy, supply chain disruptions, etc, do you think the government has much room to breathe and send reinforcements in time?
People are now turning against their own governments, hating and even despising their home country for no good reason. The reasons they try to spout are flimsy at best. Why? Because a bunch of woke rubbish being spread, propagated and blown up through Tik Tok, main stream media, and other social media platforms. With military personnel even being sent out to provide aid due to shortages in healthcare, if they wanted to act, it should be when the chaos has reached its peak and foreign powers are still trying to regain control over the situation. The US cannot afford war while there is internal chaos back home, a country divided, as rhetoric like terms of revolution are carelessly being tossed about.
Btw when saying Australia is pitiful it is not only referring to them being held hostage. It’s because if you take a look at the direction it has been headed over the years, similar to Canada, it has moved away a lot from individual freedoms of the western world in the opposite direction.
Be it the US constitution or Canadian charter of rights, they’re treated about as good as toilet paper these days by governments. Concepts like freedom of speech is basically dead. In Canada you can go to jail just for refusing to use someone’s preferred gender pronouns and misgendering them.
In terms of economic power, they have the second largest economy in the world at present. They have plenty of leverage. They’ve extended their claws deep into many other countries much more than we can even imagine through the use of proxy companies and intermediary countries who act as middle men.
How far and deep their fangs have truly sunk isn’t even fully understood by the government let alone by little uninvolved people like us on the internet speculating about it. They want everyone to underestimate them, it is precisely the arrogance of those who think they are infallible and absolute which they wish to take advantage of to rise to power. People who keep telling themselves it will never happen are the ones who will be caught with their pants down and unable to do anything when it is too late.
The diversion is a pretty good long term plan, that might have worked 100 years ago, but satellites sort of counter that. I doubt the fishing vessels would do much though, think of the opium wars. I don’t know enough about fishing to know if it is possible to overfish enough to starve out a military vessel(s).Here’s another stupid opinion.
Let’s say a certain country really has 17k fishing vessels instead of their officially reported 2.5k, many of which are hovering around a set of islands close to your home turf wreaking havoc on marine life 24/7 for years on end. On the surface it’s for food, but below the surface there’s a much more nefarious purpose. For the world to grow accustomed to their presence and not question it.
Now let’s say that country scaled up their navy until it was the largest in the world. The reason they ramped up their navy and grossly underreported their fishing vessel count may actually be because they have plan to swap them out with their fishing vessels at some point in a strategic attack on the country they have their sights set on from the rear. Let’s say a certain comparatively large neighbour of theirs decides to join the fray and also disguises their navy among those fishing vessels for a two-pronged strategic ambush. They could block/intercept/delay reinforcements to the target country while the instigator country gains control over the country they’re targeting before those reinforcements can arrive.
Also, with knowledge that navy vessels could be hidden among fishing vessels it can act as a deterrent for other countries to get involved and move blindly. It’d be like stepping into a mine field for them. One wrong step and it could blow up in their face. Those fishing vessels can be utilized to waste the firepower of the enemy as well as buy valuable time if other countries choose to take out those fishing vessels to be safe.
There’s also the fact that food supply shortages out on the ocean could become a problem. If there aren’t enough fish after a navy vessel runs out of food and resupply ships cannot reach them within 7-10 days, it could become a huge problem. They’ve been fishing and clearing up the ocean for years after all so it may not be feasible to use a stop gap solution like fishing from the ocean to sustain themselves. In a way that country’s disregard for marine life would be hitting two birds with one stone.
Oh, another what if. What if the instigator country also constantly had their Air Force harassing the target country to constantly keep them on their toes? They’d get accustomed to always having their eyes on the skies and be less on guard toward the ocean below. It’d turn out to be a little game of psychology. Their resources would be dedicated more toward keeping an eye on the sky which could gravely impact the time it takes to detect the attack coming from below.
The opinion here is, the target country(a pretty small island) would undoubtedly fall without even being able to put up much of a fight.
Oh, I should also mention that the country supposed to send reinforcements is in the midst of riots and large scale civil unrest, completely divided because of some really stupid shit(for example maybe a highly politically dividing trial or something similar) which further delays reinforcements or at the very least decreases the numbers they can deploy. Basically they’re fighting with a very large handicap. Trying to move while having one arm and leg tied together.
Not gonna lie, if this instigator country was really doing all this shit in this hypothetical situation, it’d be pretty big brain.
I only wrote this so I could be like, “Hah, I called it” in the far off future if something similar happens one day. Imagine some random dumbass author on the internet in some niche forum just sees through the biggest uno reverse card in the history of the world.
Not if they pull it off in a single day and have only put plans in place for a long drawn out fight in the absolute worst case. Or perhaps a long term fight is even just a feint and they have no intentions of a long term fight. It could be like the overnight fortress strategy. Build a fort in the middle of the night and take down the enemy in a single day when they see it. The analogy would be them suddenly appearing out of nowhere with an entire navy fleet on all sides in the midst of night when visibility is lowest. The diversion is a pretty good long term plan, that might have worked 100 years ago, but satellites sort of counter that. I doubt the fishing vessels would do much though, think of the opium wars. I don’t know enough about fishing to know if it is possible to overfish enough to starve out a military vessel(s).
My opinion is that while the island nation might be captured, I don’t think that it would be easy. You already mentioned that the air force is at least good enough to be on par to keep their opponent from bombing down the country. This would mean that there will be brutal and bitter fighting to capture the island. Think Sicily/Pacific campaign in WW2.
It’s good if you don’t mind the potential loss of life. If it’s seen through at any point before the attack, then it’s done. It also sounds somewhat similar to how the Japanese navy fought in WW2.Not if they pull it off in a single day and have only put plans in place for a long drawn out fight in the absolute worst case.
By the way, if satellites are taken out as well and taken into their plans to be used against the enemy, then what? If this country has an impressive elite hacking force that could hijack them without notice or just take them out of commission for a short time even, it could potentially even be used against the enemy who is over reliant on it. Turn the enemy’s greatest strength, their eyes high in the sky, into their weakness. Feed them false information amidst the camouflage of a fleet of 17k fishing vessels with their 355(possibly much more) navy ships.
Honestly, a situation like this sounds pretty damn dire, doesn’t it? If nobody noticed what their true plan was, it’d be a oh shit, fuck, we’re screwed kind of moment when they went through with it.
The best counter to this entire plan is pretty simple though if seen through. Just have the reinforcement country’s navy all secretly laying in wait long in advance. All the years of scheming and planning would go down the drain in a second. Then it’d be a fuck me sideways sort of situation for the instigator country walking into a lion’s den.
Plot twist, random dumbass author on niche forum actually predicts the reinforcement’s plan which one sidedly destroys the instigator country’s plan.
Only concern is leaving your own country in a weakened state and open to attack. Best way to cover for that would be to borrow strength from allied nations for defense.
