You can not use enter to make a new paragraph when you comment on phone. It’s possible only on pc or if you switch to desktop version (the latter is extremely buggy and sometimes works and sometimes not.)
Occasionally blobs, spoiler, and quotes button disappear too.
Double click on the comment box or refresh the page. I don't know the term but it's an internet connectivity issue.

I can't scroll through the blob emote box in mobile and have to turn to window page but then I have to adjust zoom and word scaling.
But it's not the sites issue, as this problem is something I face in every other website as well. Other than those corny website which I obiviously do not visit.
What kind of keyboard setting am I supposed to change for it to work? It works just fine in the forum, but why not on the main site? It sometimes works and sometimes not on the main site.
The editor on the main site is wonky even on pc and doesn’t get enter correctly. It’s not happening on other writing platforms.

On most phones, the Enter/Return key on the keyboard is “context-aware,” meaning it changes depending on the app you’re typing in (sometimes it says Send, Go, or Search instead of making a new line).
I was going to send you this tutorial:
Go to Settings > System > Languages & input > On-screen keyboard > Gboard.
Tap Preferences.
Enable “Enter key sends” toggle OFF.
Now Enter will insert a line break instead of sending.
(This would have worked on most phone if not for the recent changes.
But sadly this no longer works after the recent keyboard update (of any type) and now the key board only works the "context aware" way.
I maybe wrong but this is what I found.?

And yes the editor is as you said wonky but this is mostly because of how webview works (or so google said.)
