Every time you copy ability you permanently lose a body part. (Permanently = never coming back even if you try to replace it with an artificial one or rewind time.)

Due to him having lot of amnesia he decide to record himself and understand the drawback. after lot of work and creating a skill little by little who got stopped each with by the amnesia, he finally succeeded in creating a passive skill against amnesia.
