Personally I'd like to eat the chicken before the egg since chicken meat tends to be a bit heavier and is only really suited as an appetizer or main course. But eggs can be made into desserts so it can actually be eaten last while leaving a good departing flavor in your mouth.

Pretty sure the chicken race had an argument with the stork race, thus the storks collectively decided they weren't delivering anymore chicken kids. So, the spokesperson of the chicken race said "fuck you" to the stork race and then the male chicken's convinced the female chickens that shitting little white shells with yellow stuff inside was the way of the future.

Hence, eggs.
