I need help. I'm trying to figure out this character. I'm looking for a personality profile. I have ideas about him, but unfortunately there isn't a lot of material other than: He lik2Fucc

There is the original series, but I don't think that version of this Male character is the same as this one, especially since I think his name is changed. Is his name Harou? I thought is was Urisugi. Is Urisugi his family name and Harou his personal name? I'm getting confused. Perhaps it is a translation error.

Anyways, if you are familiar with the work, I'm looking for a different perspective on his character and what other people think he is like, since I want to nail his personality right when the MC from FTS meets him. So whatever you think about this guy is valuable.

Not my character. Someone else's character that I would like to include in my story, but I want to make sure I get HIS personality right AS THE ORIGINAL AUTHOR INTENDED. That means I'm trying to figure out the Character from what I have read. If anyone out there had read the manga and has any thoughts about what this character is like, I'd like your input. Otherwise, I'll have to make it up myself and I am not perfect. I prefer confirmation from outside sources when possible.
