Chapter Transfer

I did some cursory searches to see if this was a thing - but it would be nice to be able to transfer chapters from one story to another. Let's say you have a collection of short stories - but one gets enough likes that you think it could be expanded. You could transfer it to a new novel without having to copy and delete.
