Damned, i had the idea for another troll character.
Name: Doesn't have one
Nickname/Battlename: Aoc or Agony of Choice
Race: Materialized concept. (takes on the shape of the most common race of your story) Looks average in every aspect. In most cases harmless and innocent. If its human just let him appear like a kid with brown, slightly to long curly hair, large hazel colored eyes, and clean but simple clothes.
Background: The higher entity, the god of deals, trades, and pacts became angry. He was tricked again by (most common species of your story) but this time they have gone to far and he wanted revenge. So he made a deal with the devil of agony and despair. The result was an abomination that could be considered his son. And he sent his son with only one goal to this race that tricked him. To cause despair, to humiliate, to trick, to cause chaos. And Aoc was a being that embraced his duty with sadistic tendencies. Even if those only become visible when its to late for his victims.
Ability: When someone gives him a choice and he fulfills one of the options, he can force the other to fulfill a choice of his own. The choices he is confronted with are, in most cases something mundane. (Do you want to order pizza or shushi, do you want the red or blue pill, do you want to play games or go out) but when he gives others choices they aren't so harmless. Things like "Do you want to watch your parents have sex every day or participate once", or "do you want to rather eat your child or only feed your child with children" are just examples of the choices he gives. And once taken, his magic force the other party to fulfill this choice. The only way out is death.
As a abominated concept, he can't be killed, but his body can be destroyd and it takes a few days for him to return.
The pacts require mana comparable to the difficulty of forcing the other to fulfill this choice. Resisting causes pain, but temporarily increases the mana cost. All long term pacts slow down his mana regeneration.
His Soul Keeper is the devil that helped to create him. The devil is also a sadistic and cruel being, but for some reason, against its nature, developed mother/father instincts for Aoc. The devil can also change his shape but he looks always exceedingly handsome/beautiful.
