Would the Ghetto you are referring to happen to be in Detroit, Chicago, or perhaps Durham. All of them are pretty bad and the police won't do shit in any of them. Once thought I was hearing fireworks in Durham as a kid and some sweet old lady told me, a 6-year old, that someone just got shot. I have also been mugged in Chicago. Haven't had anything happen to me in Detroit but everyone says it's pretty bad.
