Hi Admin/Mods,
I created my account less than 24 hours ago and published the first chapters of my original thriller web novel. Shortly after, I posted a status update in the Lounge containing my chapter link to share it with the community.
Right after that, my account was suddenly banned. I believe my new ID and the sudden link-sharing accidentally triggered the platform's aggressive automated spam/bot filter.
Could a moderator please look into this and unban my account? Thank you so much for your time and help!

I want to sincerely apologize. I am a brand-new author, and I completely misunderstood the platform rules regarding promotion. I thought direct messaging readers to check out my novel was a normal way to get feedback, and I didn't realize it was considered spamming or a violation of site guidelines.
I completely understand why my account was banned again. It was an honest mistake out of over-excitement for my first story. I promise to never use direct messages for promotion again and will strictly stick to the Lounge and standard updates. Could you please give me one last chance and restore my account? I am truly sorry for creating extra work for the staff."
