I wonder if Japanese isekai world tropes will work well in what seems to be a platform (Inkitt) littered with western fantasy-romance tropes...

Sadly I'm too lazy to actually read and comment on Wattpad.
Who knows? It doesnt hurt to try but its a site for a specific interest. A japanese style work is nothing new in itself tho. A lot of them are just not written well and have those weird tropes. The reactions are exaggerated, for example. If it was a story that was more grounded, and had fantasy and romance still, it would probably work well enough so long as you update consistently.

Since japanese isekai stories are usually styled after the medieval period anyway and many fantasy stories that arent japanese take place in those kind of worlds

Well my dude the age thing is the only thing you have to perhaps worry about. Everything else sshould be fine. Its a smut romance site. So anything like Fifty Shades is fine.
My dude, can you tell Ai-chan what content is allowed there in inkitt? Ai-chan tried to read their content guideline but there's no relevant information there at all. Following the guideline, it only says Ai-chan is not allowed to write about children 12 years and below and content glorifying suicide.

But then Ai-chan sent a mail to support and they said that incest is not allowed? But there's no mention of incest anywhere on that page. So is it against the rules or did the staff simply said it's not allowed because she didn't like that particular content? Ai-chan has no problem following the rules, it's their site after all, but the lack of actual relevant guideline frankly makes Inkitt less attractive for Ai-chan.

After all, with such lacking guidelines, all it takes is for a mod to say 'I don't like it' or 'I don't like you' to remove months' worth of hard work. Ai-chan likes screwing, but Ai-chan hates being screwed over. The last time the insurance company screwed Ai-chan over was when the insurance company refused to pay for Ai-chan's mom's medical bills and Ai-chan threatened to sue them for fraud if they wouldn't pay it. Hard to do the same when the company that screwed Ai-chan over is halfway across the world.

I literally had a novel there where its whole premise is incest. The prologue literally is about a sister touching herself while watching her brother pound the fuck out of two women.

Now sure, actual incest scenes between the siblings jasnt happened yet. But I see no reason for that to be relevant since that is the entire premise of the story. And i havent updated there in month but somehow people are finding and following the story. I even think I submitted that story for a contest there.

So maybe the mods decide what to take down. And maybe they havent found that story. But I dunno I doubt it.

I would say just put what you want there. What's the worst that can happen? They take the story down. Doesnt mean the content is lost if you post at multiple sites anyway. I dont see any downsides to posting there except maybe you dont get as much traffic reader wise just due to it being a smaller site and one tailored to very specific genres
