2 and 4 look bad. 2 is overlighted, and 4 got those vacant eyes with the demon girl.
1 looks better than the others, but the demon got a nice, supportive vibe on it. More like the friendly childhood next door, who just happens to look like she came from a Halloween party, not a genuine demonic entity with corresponding mindset. Overall, a friendlier ground tone. Not sure if that's the vibe you were going for with her. (Also, hair length is pretty different)
3 looks more serious, but got this deliberate adjusting of the glasses, which makes it seem like she's posing as a detective (a little bit cringe).

But honestly, I'm sorry — I feel that none of the options are particularly successful. If I’m being honest, your writing and the AI cover don’t match at all. I feel like AI covers make stories look less attractive. I understand that you might not be able to draw yourself, and that’s why you used AI and that’s okay. But if you’d like, I can draw for you since you’re such an amazing author.
