Basically, I'm a busy person who has never had enough time to write consistently. Instead of forcing a square peg into a round hole or sacrificing time with friends or work, I've decided to instead make a book that works for me.
With that in mind, here is the premise.
A man wakes up from a coma from a construction incident to be given a task from a divine power.
His task is to build a staircase to "the light", beams that filter in beyond the clouds above.
Every day is a rotation that sends him deeper into his psyche by different amounts each time and adds another ring to the plane om which he builds.
As the rotations progress they get darker and darker with deeper traumas, fears and regrets taking physical form in attempt to inhibit him from finishing his staircase.

Just know that the chapters can range from very short to moderate in length and act almost as one-shots of important experiences of that day that expand upon the story in small, near slice of life style amounts.Basically, I'm a busy person who has never had enough time to write consistently.
