I feel like blood monsters will be made. Blobs will absorb humans to supplement their blood blobby bodies.

Rather than drink it, we Flippos eat blood.

Coagulated blood, aka Betamax.

There are blood related dishes in many countries.
But this is not raw blood. It is prepared and mixed with other ingredients.

If they could make artificial blood, surely its possible to make it artificially taste like human's too.

It might have the same effect as strawberry flavoured food.
Real strawberries get their flavour from ethyl butyrate and/or ester methyl anthranilate.
But fake strawberry flavouring is made from Ethyl Methylphenylglycidate.
For some people it is just fine but others dislike it.

Some vampires can have problems with eating artificially flavoured blood.
