Basically a too many cook in one situation type of deal but the cooks aren't communicating and they all have different recipe for one dish. If people are coding together they need comments to clarify information.

Biggest pet peeve atm is dense protags. Nothing kills a story faster then a MC surrounded by a gaggle of vultures that fawn over him, yet does nothing but watch them self destruct as they try to grab his attention.
