ManwX's like of Beelzebub actually tells us a lot. Considering Beelzebub as the standard, maybe we can fill in some others. The unfortunate thing is that Beelzebub's style doesn't make the transition over to anime well, because those mangas don't typically do well enough to get adaptations.
So, ManwX, this is me trying to match a few to you

1. When Supernatural Battles Became Commonplace (It might be different enough)
2. Kiznaiver (Very divisive, but it has themes about emotions)
3. Gridman SS (An 'ok' blend of highschool, kaiju, and character)
3.5 Kill la Kill (I don't think this will work, but putting it in because of how many trigger series are here)
4. Little Witch Academia (Cute, but not complex and sometimes irritating.)
5. Shokugeki no Soma (Might as well add it)
6. Terror in Resonance (it's different than most highschool ones)

Btw, @ManwX I want to make sure of something. Would you consider webtoon How to fight, or manga Clover by HIRAKAWA Tetsuhiro as good highschool stories?

I haven't read those so I can't say. I've seen the covers. They look interesting. If it's all bout fighting then I might say no. My ideal high school show would be similar to great teacher onizuka (GTO)—just a solid show about a gangster teacher giving some great advise to student while also trying to become an aspiring teacher. I miss the series now remembering it.
