10k words are five hours of non-stop writing. I know, I have done it for nine days straight. But it is tiring. You will be served better if you place yourself a goal for each day and stick to it. With the same time for writing each day. Personally, I write from 5 am to 8:10 am. Every day. I used to write from 2 to 8:10. I have a job, so writing in the mornings is my only option. Yes, well, I got tired of 2-8:10 and prioritized two more hours of sleep (and one hour for my morning routine) I find that I haven't run out of ideas and that my one case per day for my newest book is a good enough goal.
