That is the proper course of action. The sad thing is, every single one of us, no matter how many times we edit. If we come back a month later and read what we posted on SH, maaaan that REVISION number will climb every time I read it..GOD!! WHY DOES OUR WORK ALWAYS NEED TO BE FIXED??

*dies* :sweating_profusely:
*pat-pats everyone* :blob_highfive:

That's because we are not perfect and that's totally fine. What's more important is that we are improving and learned from the past mistakes.

I stock piled some chapters so I can release every day, but I release once a week on all websites.

I once tried to horde my chapters, but I'm way too impatient and need to shove it out so I can move onto the next! I also stare like a fool at my screen for hours after I post a chapter, perking up at every little number that changes on my statistics. Haah, it is a really bad habit.

Also, the people who can write sooo much in a day, woah. Just....woah.

We're supposed to write twenty chapters ahead? Dang. I've been posting as I write. Course I've also been using votes to decide some stuff in one of my stories, sooooooo, yeah. Hard to write ahead much with that. I suppose I'll try sometime.
That's completely fine! You can communicate with your readers easily that way. Just like what your doing now. But that in of itself is pretty poisonous, especially if your self conscious. Giving what the readers want isn't a bad thing just dont let them decide where YOUR story goes. Sorry that I trailed off or I told you what to do. But writing ahead isn't really a requirement.

One thing to remember is that some readers are human. Some. And they can only get a chance to read on like the weekend. Or they're writers, so they wind up with no time to read for fun. I like the pace of two updates a day because it conditions consistency. I had to take a week off to write a commission and it's like swimming through molasses trying to get back up to speed on my previous pace. No matter how much you write, do your best to do it consistently and keep a consistent schedule.
