Hello, at what extent the incest stories are allowed in Scribble hub and any other sites where it is allowed to publish such stories? Is it allowed in Amazon Kindle?

And is it normal to create short stories than creating a Novel? I only saw Novels here.

You can write I think anything as long as there is an obvious story. Just make sure that if there is any sexual content that all parties are of the age of consent (or you can write nonconsensual stuff but be careful with that).

If it's with an actual, immobile, dead corpse, then necrophilia. If it's animated, depending on how goopy it's gone, it might be gross, but not quite the same. Charm magic is basically date-rape if used forcefully, so can be creepy depending on context. Disjuncts between seeming age and actual age can also get creepy ('legal loli' is starting to get questionable, especially if used as an excuse to write kiddy-porn), but can be used for legitimate stuff ('character is wierd and older than they seem' is a valid trope)

Incest is fine, though I believe it might be considered an "illegal sex act", so your story is not allowed to actively encourage the existence of incest.

Well my "siblings by day, lovers by night" story is all about incest and it passed the rules here. I think its fine. So long as any sex is consensual and when they have sex both partners are of legal age.

Even if they arent, and there ain't consent, it should be fine as long as its an actual plot point in the story and isnt just pure fanservice.

Short Stories aren't supper common outside of contests, but they exist.

They tend to get a lot less exposure though.

These things tend to work in 'matters of degree'. If you write something that treads the line a bit, maybe you're dead and maybe you're not... but if you cross that line a lot, often, and obviously: you're dead on arrival <3
