Can't help you with medieval names, but my goto for foreign names is Wikipedia. I go to whatever country my characters are coming from and ask for a list of their Olympic winners. I get much better names than I could make up . For younger characters, I google a list of current popular baby names for the country. Might help with some of your characters.

Just string as many prose-adjectives as possible together and add as much "heaven", "demon", between whatever tropes you want the groups to have.

"Heavenly fleeting rabbit sabertooth ying-yang Escorts", "Heavenly Demon Turtle Dragon Divine Escort" and whatever other drugged ideas you might have

It sounds fun for the modern culti novels but would not suit my story.

There is a big taboo in using words that are assigned for imperial uses (anything related to heaven, the color yellow and dragon). Using those words is the same as competing with the emperor. For the world building of my story, I have to stay consistent so if these escort groups are legal businesses, they have to avoid these words.
