Ignore them. Don't answer, don't react unless you actually know who they are (you know like a familiar user name, a writer you read or a regular commenter you recognize) it will eventually wane.

At least I did when I got them, and about three months ago some bot seemed to have realized it's useless.

You should give them your credit card information and 3 digits behind the card.

Posted my novel like 2 days ago but been receiving odd DMs from people and they sound suspiciously like AI.

I asked 3 of them if they were AI, two denied it. One didn’t response.

and like one of them (last picture) is just posting like the same comment on different stories. So it definitely smells ai
If you replied to any of them, you may receive a response within a couple of days, something like: "Oh, your work is so interesting, it's a lot of work, I have an idea. We could chat somewhere (on social media), but not here? This is a scout looking for new authors for the platform he works for. That's why he sends the same messages to everyone. And they write in private messages, not in comments. In the comments, you are most likely dealing with real people, not bots or scouts) don't offend them)

Instead of asking them if they are AI, order them to give you a specific cooking recipe and see if it works lol. Basically, be unpredictable. Asking AI if it is AI is predictable and pretty much the first thing set to deny.
