The live action adaptations of Disney classic animated movies.

I am fine with the adaptation of Cinderella that they made a few years back, but the rest of the live action adaptations fall short for me. They do not have the same feel to them like their animated counterparts had, and I also tend to dislike them due to the large amount of catering that they do for the far left. And for these reasons, I cringe whenever I watch a trailer for such movies.

Transformers. We went from Cars with big explosions, to knights with big explosions, (then in the same movie Dinosaurs with big explosions) and now we are getting animals with big explosions. the transformers are regressing while the explosions are becoming bigger. so needless!

Wrong. The reason the last Transformers movie sucked so much was a severe lack of big explosions!

(Though yeah I don't really think they should do anything more with that franchise either)

Action Films with an underlying message.

I really don't care about some rich asshole director and writer's personal politics or this decade's brand of bullshit.

I want to be able to detach from reality for awhile with out some ham fisted message being shoved down my throat; if you are going to have a message make it subliminal and show the message through actions and not a 40 minutes piece of dialogue of why *insert thing* is bad/good in the ACTION MOVIE.

We need more series like John Wick, Death Wish, Dirty Harry, The Expendables, and Rambo where the main focus is the character and their journey throughout their series as the live and grow as a person.

Where the message, if there is any at all, takes a backseat.
