Anyone know how how to add a border to a PNG or JPG

I need help putting a 9.6 mm border around my cover. I do not have the knowledge, software, or patience to do it myself and am really desperate. I am willing to pay for such a task.

Just a simple one color border matching the base color of the cover or black if that isn't possible.

You can add a border on Canva as well, or you can try using Krita to add the border. It allows you to use an eye dropper tool to copy the color.

Are you trying to make the cover bigger? If no one else is able to help send me a message, I don't think that will be too hard to sort. I'd just need the file and the dimensions you want. :)

Make it a big flat square that color.
Copy paste the cover into the middle of the square.
Select an area that is 9.6mm larger than the picture.
Cut.
Paste in new file.
Switch to a real system of measurement instead of that pansy metric crap.

Might I suggest: We-put-a-goddamn-flag-on-the-moon units.
