I'm female, and I like to masturbate.
I will not be attempting to observe NNN, because I have a baby and I rarely get an opportunity to masturbate these days. It is unlikely that I will get an opportunity this month, but if I do, I will take it.

Masturbation is healthy, so I don't see NNN as beneficial. If you think you would benefit from an exercise in willpower, there are probably other things you could give up, such as soda, or you could commit to a healthy habit such as taking a walk every day before you sit down to masturbate. However, you know yourself best, so if you think NNN is for you, I'm not here to judge.

Heheh, it's actually very healthy for anyone to do that. :blob_popcorn: I don't understand men and their silly trends.

It's not like I'll be able to finish the whole 30 days without jerking off.

I learned about it when I was 12 and enjoyed the feeling. I haven't stopped for the past 2 years.
