As another fan of slice of life, here comes some more lowkey recommendations! :D
Servant X Service is a super fun slice-of-life romcom (emphasis on the com), Science Fell in Love, So I Tried to Prove It is another comedy romance that is light and inconsequential enough to spend your time on, and Acchi Kocchi is a super cute slice of life too. Daa! Daa! Daa! is surprisingly super engrossing if you haven't watched that yet, too. Angelic Layer is sort of old too but it has a really interesting premise about these like doll fighting tournament things (it's better than I'm making it sound trust me).
I'm also watching Silver Spoon these days, which is a slice-of-life about a high school boy trying to find his way through an agricultural prep school thing, slice of life but surprisingly fun enough that it brought me out of a long period of anime burnout. Recommend!
Tsurune: Kazemai Koukou Kyuudoubu is another one that I managed to binge in the midst of that anime burnout, though I think it's more popular so you might have already watched it.
Hope this helps a little! :D
