I've already begun to upload on various other sites, but I was wondering if there was anything else I could do to expose this novel to a larger audience. Any help is appreciated!

You could also write a lewd poem for my Lewd Poems collection, and I'll include a link to your story with your poem. See the link in my signature for more details!

There was a thread about this a few days or so ago. But covers that feature attractive girls will help you rake in tons of views.

Or you could consider adding some tags that you know is popular among the general reader base. I put "Yandere" on my story once, and ever since I've been getting more views than I probably should be getting.

You're also free to advertise here, in the forums.

And while your at it, check mine out. Shameless advertising is a great tool.

So a couple things I've learned so far from publishing my stories online for the past few months:
1.) Post a lot. Your work will go up on the front page more, allowing more people to see it.
2.) Cover is important. Scribblehub has a taste for mature/NSFW content. Now you don't have to write a story that contains this stuff. There are plenty SFW stories here that do well, but it is important to consider. I notice that your story has "beautiful female lead" as one of its tags. Put her on the cover. At least for Scribblehub. Either commission an artist to draw her or find some good art that resembles her. It'll draw readers in.
3.) Read the works of others and make friends. Leaving comments on the works of other writers that are just starting out and asking for reading exchanges can help guarantee that at least someone will have a look at your story.
4.) Temper your expectations. It'll take a while and/or a lot of writing to get your views to where you want them to be. I think I had to post like 60k words in a month to get to a point where I actually feel like one of my stories is growing. And even then, it's still kind of slow on RR.

Aside form what's been said already:

Space out your initial uploads so that they're 2-4 hours apart. That'll help draw people in from different time zones. After you have all the readers you think you can get just from the initial surge of interest, you'll want to set a consistent time though.

Also, the site doesn't always have a lot of traffic, so uploading when nobody is around to see your story is a waste of time. Only the readers you already have will see that you posted at all.

Outside of that, the most important thing you can do is tag your work properly. It can be tempting to add popular tags or hide unpopular tags, but that will just frustrate your readers if it's a lie. Do make sure you have all 25 minor tags that you're limited to though. More is always better, since it increases the chance of someone finding you through a search.

Lastly, @WelcomeToSH. There's a lot of newbie advice at that link.

I was wondering the same thing. Some writers here have stories with thousands of views.

Try using social media to promote your novel. I'm sure the authors with high viewership are doing that.
