Annoying rom com with dense MC

So, we all have read many super annoying rom coms which end up us screaming at the scream "JUST HOLD HANDS, YOU PIECES OF C**TS!"

Both of the MCs keep on saying lines like
"What is this feeling in my heart."
"Why is my heart pumping so fast?"
"Why can't I sleep at night?"

So, what if,
The female lead has super powers. And she is in love with someone, but she is too shy to confess. So, what she does is,
-Slow down time whenever two meet
-Increase the amount of adrenaline in Male lead whenever they meet.
-Haunt Male lead's dreams
-Bring a typhoon to create that effect of hair flowing in air

But all of these end up scaring the make lead. He now believes female lead is a vampire or something

There either has to be heart wrenching tragedy, plenty violence and gore or incredibly weird and perverted sex. The best kinds of stories have it all.
