Anime Matsuri (Houston)

I'm at anime matsuri in Houston this weekend. Anyone else go to conventions, or am I just a lone degenerate on this forum (as if)?

Back to the main question, I used to go to the second biggest animecon in my country because it was relatively close to my hometown. Now that I work at another place, I don't have time to go to any cons anymore.

Also, the conventions in my country are sad.

funnily enough my nose doesn't work all that great so I mostly smell a faint BO even in the thick of it all; the main issue I had with the whole situation was how everyone was squished together making the temperature mimic an oven on broil. I've been to about seven (as a companion) and that seems to be the usual issue I encounter at those conventions. Most everyone minded their business as they went around seeking their wares

ah, the lucky few. My nose works TOO well. I hate it. I had a buddy open a bottle of smelling salts all the down a long hall once. At least twenty feet away. Fucking gagged, bro.
